Course Description

  • Introduction to all aspects of the Business Analyst role. Trainees will gain an understanding of Requirement Gathering and Documentation, Interview Techniques, writing comprehensive and precise Business Requirement Documents that capture the needs of the enterprise.
  • Standards for business process modeling: UML 2 and BPMN. The UML activity diagrams and the BPMN Business Process Diagrams (BPD) will be used to teach trainees to analyze the lifecycle of key business objects.
  • Learn how to implement the Business Analysis function on an agile project.
