INVORG is composed of a diverse team whose expertise and background draw on years of global corporate experiences. The union of multi-culture, faith and profiles enables us to deliver innovative results from diverse thinking. We hold decades of collective business and technology experience from sectors such as not-for-profits, government, manufacturing, IT, retail, etc. Our experiences are topped with relevant credentials and educational degrees such as MBA, BA, BSCx, CIO certifications, Microsoft Certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics, Certifications in Project Management, Design Thinking, Six Sigma, LEAN, and Microsoft, among others. We are for continuous learning; hence some members of our team are working on further certifications in Business Analysis, Innovation Management, SalesForce, etc.

Joseph Edward

CEO

Joseph is a result-oriented, award-winning visionary leader with a passion for community. He founded INVORG focusing on client-centric service delivery platform for innovating local organizations, not-for-profits, home and community support organizations and small to medium sized businesses. Joseph holds a Chief Information Officer Certification from Carnegie Melon University, USA and from the US General Services Administration. He is an IT veteran with over 20 years of leadership in technology, including four years as CTO for the City of London.

Peter O'Grady

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Peter is a technology veteran known for his uncommon patience and logical approach to solving business challenges with technology. His work with the City of Guelph helped them engage their clients through a modern citizen engagement strategy. He also brings along years of experience as the former Director of Information System of London Hydro. Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

Kate Campbell

Client Engagement Specialist

Kate is a driven client engagement specialist with over 20 years of experience in customer service. Kate has a natural like of people, a knack for leading, and sales skills that help engage others in goals. Kate joined the INVORG team motivated to use her people skills to enhance her engagement process in determining what is most important to our clients. Kate is proficient in marketing engagement techniques designed to connect with an audience. She is a strong leader who is determined to assist organizations with technology programs, platforms, and services that enable positive change for the pillars in our community.
